I had a really frustrating experience with this service. The car that arrived was dirty and had a really bad smell—definitely not what you'd expect, especially after booking a "premium" ride. To make things worse, the driver ignored the route shown in the app, deliberately took a longer way, and then asked for more money at the end. I felt really uncomfortable and honestly, not safe. And calling it a premium car? It looked and felt more like an auto-rickshaw dressed up to play taxi. Super misle

It has become a regular issue with Rapido that the fare increases once I reach my destination, and the driver insists on payment. I understand it's not the driver's fault, as they're occupied with their routine rides. However, despite raising complaints, I've never received a response and have often ended up paying almost double the original fare. I am going to uninstall rapido forever. very bad customer service.

Finding commutation is easier with Rapido.. but one issue is i have never been able to use the phone call option within the app. I wrote the feedback, looking at how good they were in finding faster and cheaper commutation options. But over the period of last 2 months of usage, rhe prices are always surged, what they show is not what they charge, its always additional money, for god knows what reason. Will be better if you show upfront and not disguise using such tactics.
