My experience with Rapido left much to be desired. Initially quoted a fare of 134, I was surprised to find it changed to 173 at the end of my ride. When I reached out to customer support for clarification, I was told that the driver had changed the route(he took the longest route) , resulting in the fare adjustment. While I understand that circumstances may require fare adjustments, the lack of transparency and clear communication from Rapido was disappointing

I had just booked a ride however, I need to cancel it as the driver arrived with a different number plate of vehicle. His bike's number plate was totally different from what has been shown while booking on Rapido app. It is super unsafe as nobody can be held if something happened. I have raised this issue in support section but Rapido didn't respond.

Rapidoās business model is fundamentally flawed. The absence of an option for precise location selection creates unnecessary friction between passengers and drivers. Passengers are left frustrated, and drivers find themselves in a bind. Itās high time Rapido addresses this critical issue. Either allow a slight buffer beyond the exact location or introduce the ability to choose specific indoor locations. Failure to rectify this flaw will undoubtedly cost Rapido its loyal customer base.
